Jesus has called us to be the hand of God to the lost and hurting people in our communities. The problem is all too often the local church fails to be a safe and relevant place for seekers and believers to and life in God. At the current rate of decline, the American church will be negligible within 50 years. New churches are popping up everywhere but sadly, eighty percent of church plants fail within the first five years and many of the new church planters that began with excitement and vision abandon ministry along with their churches.
Knowing this, in the fall of 2000, a vision was born and the ARC was created to provide mentoring relationships and Financial resources for new church planters. Today, the ARC has successfully planted more than 60 life-giving local churches across America. Over 150 churches have teamed up with the ARC to share resources, develop lifelong relationships and help plant more churches. The ARC has become a powerful resource for local pastors needing to break inertia and get new ideas as well as new pastors wanting to get the best strategies for planting their churches. ARC is all about planting life-giving churches that grow and reproduce and plant life-giving churches themselves.
Imagine 2,000 life-giving churches planted in the most strategic cities in America by 2020. Imagine 200 churches already discipling a passionate generation of Christ followers. Imagine nations all over the world embracing the gospel through healthy local churches.
